TRIP PAYMENT INFORMATION
APRIL 16-27, 2006
Tour
Cost and Inclusions.
The 2006
tour cost is $7,150. The trip
originates in Maun, Botswana. Our price includes small plane travel from Maun
to and from the camps and between the camps. All lodging, park fees, Botswana
accommodation tax, meals, drinks (except premium imported
wines, champagnes, spirits and liqueurs), services of the
lodge guides and staff, and two guides traveling with the
group from arrival to departure in Maun. The only
additional costs will be gratuities, curios and premium
imported branded alcohol.
Registration
Minimums. The
minimum number of people for the trip is 8,the maximum number
is 10. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if less
than the minimum number of participants register. If we
cancel all deposits are refunded.
Payment/Cancellation.
Participants must make a $1000 deposit to secure a
reservation. The balance must be paid by November 1,
2005. The deposit is non-refundable (please read below
about trip insurance), unless the trip is
canceled by us. If you cancel
after November 1, charges will be levied as a percentage of the
tour price as follows:
Insurance. Participants
must have comprehensive travel, medical, cancellation,
curtailment and default insurance for the duration of the
trip. Please acquire your trip insurance after we have
adequate sign-up.
